Lesson for Al Batin: The Hidden One
The name Batin can mean a hidden treasure or a secret of a secret. For this medallion we chose to depict the still point at the center or the pearl hidden in the shell.
Suggested discussion questions:
What treasures do we hide from others?
Do animals hide their eggs or babies?
How do you know something is precious to someone?
We suggest you choose a space that can accommodate all the 99 Names or to fix the names to a fold out accordion book in sequence if you do not have an appropriate space available.
Please share your ideas for teaching children about the 99 Names of Allah (s).
