Pool of Paradise: Mount Qaf

This is the conclusion of our Pool of Paradise project for children in Ramadan.

THE POOL OF PARADISE

On this day when the 6 days of Shawal have ended we have reached the Pool of Paradise.  The birds looked into the pool and they did not find their reflection but the longer they looked the more clearly they saw a golden light take form.  The form was that of the Simourgh their king and leader who slowly vanished before their eyes and there were no more birds and no more Simourgh and no more pool and only the light of Allah (s) remained.

Pool of Paradise: The Valley of Death

This is the 38th part of our Pool of Paradise project for children in Ramadan.

VALLEY OF DEATH

When the Prophet Idris (a) ascended he saw the

Sirat ul Mustaqueem and the darkness that lay bellow.

The purpose of the trials on this journey is to strengthen the consciousness with the will so that there is a tempered soul that survives the trial of death.  We are not what we were when we started our journey.

Pool of Paradise: The Valley of Astonishement

This is the 37th part of the Pool of Paradise project for children in Ramadan.

VALLEY OF ASTONISHMENT

In the night Musa (a) saw the acacia tree did not burn yet was full of flames.  We live in a dream yet Musa (a) awoke in this valley and heard the voice of Allah (s).  We have nearly arrived so take heart.
