Lesson for Ar Raqib: The Watchful One
The name Raqib means the watchful one like an eagle surveying the landscape and focusing on one point. This name is realted to the word Muraqaba or concentration for internal and external sight. This concentration can be a form of meditation. The recitaion of this name helps with focus.

What things do you do to help yourself focus when you have a difficult task?
