Today our little dervish dolls are making tawaf around the Kaaba. This is a practice that Muslims do on pilgrimage and children can emulate this practice with creative play.
This scene made me think that it would be lovely to get a carpenter to make a little wood Kaaba and a mosque also eventually. For now we are using part of a fold out book.
These dervish dolls were commissioned by Sirajunmunira from WaldorfMagicGlade on Etsy.
