Musa: The Shepherd

Tonight we reviewed the part of Musa’s (a) story where he learned to be a shepherd.

He had a staff from Shuayb (a) that had special powers.  My son was very interested in this staff and all the things that it could do and of course he wants a staff with powers as well.

Musa (a) spent 10 years as a shepherd and this experience helped him learn to guide people.  My son says that he would like to be a shepherd because he could pet the sweet sheep.

Please share your ideas for teaching children about the lives of the prophets.
