Musa: The Cure

Tonight we learned about the landing of the baby Musa (a) on the shore in the gardens of the Pharaoh.  The baby was in a special box that kept him safe until it was opened.  The baby cured an illness of the Pharaoh’s daughter and was spared even though he was suspected of being from the believers.  The Pharaoh’s  wife Aicha (r) was also a believer and adopted the baby Musa (a).

My sons wanted to know why the baby was able to cure the princess.  I told them that Allah (s) made the saliva of the baby Musa (a) to have the cure for her illness.

Please share your ideas for teaching children about the lives of the Prophets.
