Silsila: 31. Khalid al-Baghdadi (q)

Tonight we reviewed the story of the thirty-first figure on the Silsila: Khalid al-Baghdadi (q).

We learned the the son of Shaykh Khalid (q) passed away in a plague in Demascus. My son said Shaykh Khalid (q) must have been sad when this happened.

We learned that Shaykh Khalid (q) asked to take all of the sickness of the city onto himself and he passed away.  My son said this was very brave and that Shaykh Khalid (q) was with his little boy again after he passed away.

We learned that Shaykh Khalid (q) was buried on a mountain top and his funeral was attended by 300,000 people.
